Nerdy Stuff

I'm not used to working a little under 40 hours a week. I'm also not used to not being strongly connected to people living around me. These things combined give me plenty of time during the weeknights to do something worth while. Unfortunately, during this time of year, its dark before I ever leave work, which restrains my effective hours to indoor activity. There has been this strange draw over the past week to learn something new in this free time, and the things that comes to mind is math. Yea, its strange, but I'm following through on it. MIT has online classes, and I found their intro calculus class and have started watching the lectures. Although I have already taken the class twice, its like a new world starting to learn stuff again. How overwhelming and how nice.
