i talked to an old friend this afternoon, one of my oldest friends really.  it was really nice to catch up with her.  its strange what quality conversation can do for your mind, even if it is over an internet chat thingy.  when you catch up with your oldest friends, you talk to people that know you best.  they can speak some truth into your life that you desperately need.  i got one great little nugget out of our chat today eleanor, so thanks.
